    Bought an item from them on Amazon, the day afterwards they message me to tell me that they'd decided to sell it to someone else on "one of their other channels" (turns out it was listed for more on eBay). They still took the money from my account though, which was nice of them, and ignored my messages asking for some kind of resolution. Currently having to go via Amazon direct to get my money back. That's apparently how this company does business. Guess I've dodged a bullet in the long run, in case something was wrong with the product they didn't fancy selling to me.
